Adriana Moreno is the President and founder of Translations and More, a services business specializing in providing language and communication solutions. Adriana also offers professional and affordable assistance in the completion and submission of the different immigration forms and supporting documents required by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service.

With over 20 years of professional knowledge, Adriana brings to her clients a vast experience not only in the Communications field but a deep knowledge and sensibility when dealing with the various needs foreigners have to face on a daily basis.

Upon moving from Colombia, South America to Connecticut in 1995, Adriana worked as a Senior Legal Immigration Case Manager at the International Institute of Connecticut Inc, (IIC). She also served as a certified translator on a regular basis. Her interpreting services were requested by the IIC clients going before the Immigration Court. At the Institute, she represented many of her clients with Legal Immigration matters, including family based petitions and US Citizenship processes. Adriana led efforts to resettle more than 100 refugee families from El Salvador, Iraq, Somalia, Haiti and Laos. Ms. Moreno represented the Institute as spokesperson on Immigration benefits eligibility. All of the above gave her valuable experience not only in managing immigration cases but also interacting with a  multi-cultural as well as a multi-national population.

Prior to starting her own business, Adriana was working as Sales Communications Specialist for the Latin America Division of Motorola.
